Function Instruction
1: Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge When the engine is working, the fuel and the air can be mixed to form a combustible mixture. The Ratio of air mass to fuel mass in the combustible mixture is the Air/Fuel Ratio.
The Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge can indicates accurate Air/Fuel Ratio based on, according to the processed signals from the Wideband oxygen sensor.
The default parameter of the Gauge is set for gasoline engines (applicable for both gasoline and diesel).
2: Controller box
The controller box uses Bos ch's dedicated Air/Fuel Ratio chip, it can obtain the data from the LSU4.9 wideband oxygen sensor, and send it to the gauge and computer. The accuracy of the Air/Fuel Ratio can reach 0.1!
The LSU4.9 Wideband oxygen sensor can detect the Air/Fuel Ratio of multiple fuels. In addition, the controller box can analyze the Air/Fuel Ratio of a wide range of fuels.

Generally speaking, gasoline is thought as the default fuel for controller box. Since gasoline and diesel differ slightly in their best Air/Fuel Ratio, the Air/Fuel Ratio of gasoline can be used to detect diesel. (Attention!It should be noted that w When the voltage of diesel engine is 24V, the voltage needs to be converted to 12V through a transformer.)
3: Four Wires connected to the controller box
1>Power wire of controller box (2P): Connect 12V power supply
2>Oxygen sensor wire (6P): Connect the LSU4.9 Wideband oxygen sensor and the controller box
3>Gauge wire (3P): Connect the controller box and the gauge, send the Air/Fuel Ratio signals to Gauge,
4> USB wire: Connect the controller box and the computer. The computer should install software , then can show all kinds of parameters of the oxygen sensor on the software.
4: Oxygen sensor bung
Drill a hole with a diameter of 21mm-22mm in the exhaust pipe and weld the bung into the hole, In this way, Tthe oxygen sensor thus can be installed in a convenient manner
